Lesson 2: Temperature and Fill Speed

In this lesson we will evaluate part temperature and fill speed inside a mold. This lesson is divided into two sections. In the first, we will look at part temperature inside the mold based on set melt and mold temperatures. In the second section, we will compare part temperature behavior based on two different cavity fill speeds.

This lesson covers how polymer temperature develops inside a mold and how fill speed plays a significant role in polymer temperature distribution.
